Foundations of Cyber Security

The Regional Innovation Network of Southern Alberta was formed in 2011 as a collaborative partnership between Alberta Innovates with Economic Development Lethbridge/Tecconnect, Lethbridge College, and the University of Lethbridge. It has since grown to over 10 member organizations and proudly serves the region of Southwestern Alberta stretching from Taber to the Foothills, and Okotoks to the US Border. We also collaborate with the 7 other RIN areas through the province to provide programs and resources to Alberta businesses with a focus on supports for technology and innovation outlooks.

With 10 slides, in 10 minutes - can you showcase how you used technology or innovation within the last year to pivot or persevere through the challenges of current circumstances.

In this Pitch to Win workshop, you'll hear from Tecconnect Business Advisor, Wendy Muise, about the considerations and possible considerations while thinking of key inclusions for those very important pitch engagements in your future!
Through a variety of principles and tips, Wendy will help give you pointers on what might work well and what might be imperative to make your pitch a "Pitch to Win".
This occasion is also a workshop for registrants of the Tecconnect Synergies Conference - Pitch Competition and is highly recommended so that those of you joining can prepare for your 10 slide, 10 minute pitches at the Pre-Qualifiers on March 17, 2021.
