In order to find the best avenues, we’ll see how research can help you to define pricing levels, equip appropriate tactics in your sales strategy, build relationships with your customers, and lend to a stronger marketing plan overall. During this session, we’ll cover the components of the marketing plan, how to align it with your data and research so that you’re targeted and can then explore some creative ways to get selling! All operations have different resource constraints and talent and it’s important to build according to this. The best exercises are taking the time to analyze your business model and gaining an understanding of how to build and pursue your plans and forecasts. We’ll take you through the major components in the marketing plan to make sure you know how to bring it into action and successful commercialization.
