He is currently the General Manager of the St. Mary River Irrigation District, Canada’s largest Irrigation District with over 400,000 irrigated acres, providing in aspects of the organization including Operations and Maintenance, Technical Services and Finance and Administration. David previously held the position of General Manager at Planet Labs Geomatics, the largest remote sensing company in Canada, providing industry leading satellite imagery to many industries including agriculture, energy, municipalities and forestry. David holds a CPA, CA designation and is a native of Lethbridge.
